By Katherine Hobson Cancer Drug Shows Promise in Alzheimer’s in Mice: Research published in Science finds a drug already used to treat skin cancer, bexarotene, improved brain function in mice bred to have a form of Alzheimer’s disease, though the positive findings are no guarantee the drug would also help human patients, the WSJ reports.
